JPU is accredited by ACCSC, a U.S. Dept. of Education–approved body.
NY State law says: JRCERT or another accreditor.
Students passed ARRT, the national licensing exam.

⚖️ The Law:

Licenses = Property Rights (protected under the 14th Amendment).
No due process. No hearings. Just “clerical error” excuses.
This is retroactive punishment and selective enforcement.
